Our Services are intended for use by licensed legal professionals specializing in personal injury law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed attorney or authorized representative of a law firm eligible to practice personal injury law in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to sign out of your account at the end of each session.

3. Lead Generation Services

3.1 Lead Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality leads that match your specified criteria, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in client acquisition or case generation. Lead quality is subject to numerous factors outside our control.

3.2 Lead Exclusivity

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, leads may not be exclusive to your firm. Multiple firms may receive the same lead information based on geographic and practice area parameters.

3.3 Lead Verification

We implement reasonable measures to verify lead authenticity; however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by potential clients. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before accepting any client.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Our pricing structure will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge all fees to your provided payment method.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, refunds may be issued for verified fraudulent leads in accordance with our Lead Dispute Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Company Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrueCare Marketing. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without prior written consent.

6. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUECARE MARKETING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueCare Marketing, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
